This is especially important for professionals with limited time for exercise and clients with injuries or nagging pains. We help many people rehabilitate and succeed in maintaining total body strength and balance.
All programs mentioned above are intended for people of all ability levels with vast or limited access to equipment (We provide equipment on visits, as well). We challenge people with workouts that are applicable in any environment!

Pricing
Sessions begin at $65 in our 900 N. North Branch Street and 401 W. Ontario locations. In-home rates are also available. If needed, equipment is provided.

Training Outside of Illinois
There is a flat fee of $14,000 per month (pro-rated if less than a month, 2 weeks minimum) if a prolonged leave (another state) is required. Travel expenses and lodging must also be covered.
Basically, we will train you for as much and as long as you need us no matter where you are (everyday / once or twice a day and nutritional guidance with each meal).
