I know that a lot of trainers promise to scrutinize every aspect of your lifestyle, but Michael’s been very proactive about giving me good information about a healthy diet, that will be useful in everyday situations as I start traveling again for work…And, Michael’s just a cool guy, easy to talk to, who makes you feel very comfortable as you put yourself in the somewhat vulnerable position of attempting self-improvement… And I’ve seen results: I look good, my clothes are looser, I drink less and I just feel better about myself.
