  • "Slimplicity" Nutritional Counseling and Analysis: This program focuses on your current diet and provides the structure for your weight loss and body fat reduction goals. We break down your diet using a flexible meal-planning schedule with recipes and small meal suggestions.


  • Run for Life Program: Specifically designed for athletes or aspiring runners (5k-marathons). Goals: Increase flexibility and total body strength and effectively build cardiovascular endurance for prolonged running.


  • Specific Cardio Programming: This program links your heartrate to your cardio and matches your cardio intensity with your goals. Essentially, we break your cardio into a science. Also, it adds multiple variations to disrupt your normal routine.
